Chapter one.......

This is a story of two families and how they pressurized there sons in decision making of  there future. The first family know as the Levi's were very wealthy and there son's name was Bright, whereas the second family was the Johnsons and there son's name was Joe. Brights family was wealthy whereas his friend's(Joe) family was broke. Bright and Joe were best friends and they were

classmates and they both leave in port harcourt city in Nigeria... they were average students in school and they have a similar dream in becoming a teacher, that was there hobby but something interesting happened.
Bright was the only child of the levi's, whereas Joe had other siblings Blessing, Esther and Daniel, Joe was the elder among his siblings.

Mr levi(Bright's dad )was an engineer and his wife (Mrs levi) was a gynaecology. They both were graduates, and they earn a high amount of salary but had no time for there family because they were always at work and they work seven days in a week.
whereas Mr Johnson(Joe's dad) was a bricklayer whereas his wife (Mrs Johnson) was a housewife, they were poor and can barely feed twice a day.

Joe and Bright was in the final class at high school, and they went to school, on there way returning from school, they were tasty and they decided to buy water from a close by restaurants, on reaching the restaurant, they went inside the restaurant, the restaurant was very cold whereas it was sunning that very day.
They asked for a bottle water and the waiter was about going to get it and they overheard some group of people at the restaurants arguing about the subject Future, they kept silent and few minutes later the waiter came out and pass them the bottle water, they paid and left.
On there way home Bright striked the conversation and he said Joe did you notice how those people at that restaurants were fooling themselves and Joe laughed and replied yes but it is not possible for them to sit down and be rich as they bragged to be whereas they are idle doing nothing at a working hour.
Bright then asked Joe, so tell me, what is your plans for future, what do you want to study in the university ?
and Joe replied I have not still changed my plans of becoming a teacher and Bright with a dismayed face responded to Joe, how i wish my dad we let me be, I really want to be a teacher, I love teaching, but my dad said teachers are poor and i will end up becoming poor after graduating if i follow my dreams.
Joe responded, Me too, my dad says same thing but Happiness is more better than wealth, why is our parents depriving us from our Joy ?
Bright looked at his friend with a bitter face and he kept silent.

When Bright arrived home, He saw his dad sitting still on the couch and Bright greeted his dad, Papa good afternoon,  and there was no reply from his dad, so Bright was curious to know why his dad did not respond to his greetings and he walked toward the couch his dad was sitting and touch his dad, Immediately his dad startled, he looked up and saw Bright and he said oh my son Bright, how are you ? when did you come back from school ?
Bright responded am fine papa, is not been too long since i came back, Is everything fine papa ?
His dad responded yes everything is fine,
Bright asked but why did you come back from office so early ?
and his dad looked at him and responded my son you ask a lot of questions, go inside and freshen up.
and Bright said okay dad.

Immediately he wanted to leave, he came back and he said dad am having some issues in this future decision making. Last time you advised me dad to be a doctor because i we earn more income but am sincerely not interested in becoming a doctor, his dad was silent, Bright continued but dad please don't get angry with me but isn't my Happines more important than wealth ??
Immediately his dad burst into tears and his dad said, my son am very sorry, i was carried away by the income aspect not considering the happiness aspect. Go after your happiness my son and am hundred percent in support of you.

His dad puts his hand in his pocket trying to get his white handkerchief to wipe his tears from his face, upon bringing out the handkerchief from his pocket, an envelope fell down from his pocket.
immediately Bright saw the envelope he picked it up and red the letter in it and he felt so distropped and he as well burst into tears.
