Lionel Messi's wife Antonela Roccuzzo has blasted Spanish journalist addressing false rumours claiming

that she is pregnant with a "baby girl" and is about to become a mother of four.

Eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Messi, who is currently playing his trade for MLS side Inter Miami, and long-time partner Antonela are proud parents to three sons – Thiago, Mateo and Ciro. For now, there are no plans to expand that brood.

Messi has stated in the past that he may like to have another child, admitting that two years ago.

Journalist Naiara Vecchio recently told Spanish media outlet Hola when reacting to reports of a supposed rift in the Messi camp: "When it comes to Lionel and Antonela Roccuzzo, I talked to their close circle and they told me they were doing great, in fact, they're looking to have a baby girl.

That news has come as a surprise to Antonela Messi wife, who told Argentine journalist Angel De Brito, that the rumour of her pregnancy is fake.
